REPS (repstravel.com) is a platform that helps travelers find fitness facilities and helps facility owners manage their listings.

• Account information: name and email address when you sign up via email or Google sign-in.
• Profile and preferences: training preferences, saved facilities, and other data you choose to provide.
• Content you submit: reviews, scorecards, classification votes, photos, and other contributions.
• Business information: contact details, facility data, and claim verification evidence submitted by facility owners.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe for business subscriptions. REPS does not store card numbers.
• Usage and device data: information about how you interact with the service and the device you use.
• Location data: only when you grant permission for search and discovery features.

We use your information to operate and improve REPS, personalize search results, process subscriptions, verify facility ownership, communicate service updates, and prevent fraud and abuse.

• Public content: reviews, scores, facility data, and other content you submit may be visible to other users.
• Service providers: we rely on trusted providers for data hosting, payments, and authentication (including Supabase, Stripe, and Google).
• No sale of personal information: we do not sell your personal information.
• Legal compliance: we may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

You may request account deletion and removal of associated personal data by contacting us at support@repstravel.com. Some content may be retained in anonymized or aggregate form where permitted.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

REPS is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
