Terms of Service

By using REPS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

REPS provides fitness facility discovery and community-driven facility information. Facility data, scores, and reviews are community-sourced and provided as-is. REPS does not guarantee accuracy and is not responsible for a facility's actual condition, access, or safety.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. We expect one account per person. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or harm the service.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant REPS a license to display and use it in the service. Do not submit false reviews, spam, harassment, or content you do not have the right to share. We may moderate or remove content that violates these terms.

Claiming a facility requires truthful ownership representation. False claims are prohibited. Business subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing and does not provide partial-month refunds. We may revoke claims found to be fraudulent.

You may not scrape, reverse engineer, interfere with the service, misrepresent your affiliation with any facility, or use REPS in violation of applicable law.

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, REPS is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Exercise and facility use are at your own risk.

Either party may end the relationship at any time. Certain sections of these terms survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Venue will be specified when the operating entity is formally formed.
